- Report directly to the President.
- Establish an annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for machine and building infrastructure.
- Monitor timely execution of preventive maintenance as planned.
- Monitor timely repair of machine or building infrastructure problems.
- Monitor compliance with environmental operational controls.
- Make purchase requisitions of materials needed for maintenance repairs.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding the requests and delivery date of materials.
- Submit Downtime/Uptime Report to the President.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
