College Graduate, College Level or Vocational Graduate in Mechanical or any related course.- With at least 3 years significant experience in mechanical or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and projects.
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide team members, make strategic decisions, and ensure project success.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, principles, and design.
Ability to analyze complex mechanical problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address technical challenges.- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
