Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety, Security and Sanitation Program. Observe and practice Safe Working Procedures and Methods at all times.
- Review/studies For Construction Plans, Shop Drawings, Technical Specifications and Program of Work.
- Prepares necessary documents, facilitates all required actions for securing necessary permits & licenses (temporary & permanent).
- Prepares necessary documents, facilitates all required actions for the application of necessary utilities (temporary & permanent).
- Prepares actual estimate (BOQ's) of all materials and equipment to be used for bidding purposes of prospective supplier/sub-contractor.
- Prepares Scope of Work to be used for bidding purposes of prospective sub-contractors.
- Prepares other documents needed for sub-contractors such as NTP's, Award Letter, Contract Document and others.
- Assists winning sub-contractor/supplier for the processing of required documents under the contract.
- Processes and facilitate all required QAQC forms and documents needed for the implementation of work on the entire duration.
- Prepares PRS for all the materials to be used for temporary and permanent scope of work.
- Prepares schedule of material delivery based on approved construction schedule or concrete blocking system.
- Inspects material delivery according with the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications.
- Coordinates regularly to the Purchasing Department the progress of delivery of materials. Reconcile delivery against requirement.
- Assists CM/MEPF Supervisor for the preparation of detailed construction schedule of the project (program, target and catch-up schedules).
- Assists CM/MEPF Supervisor for the preparation of detailed construction schedule and blocking system schedule of the project (to be used for actual construction).
- Assists CM/Head for the necessary adjustments on all construction schedules and blocking system arising from revisions or any unavoidable reasons.
- Performs actual supervision and monitoring of work according to Standard Construction Methods and Standard Engineering Practice.
- Performs actual monitoring on progress of work according to the detailed work schedules.
- Conducts thorough inspection of the scope of work prior to any concrete placement activity (pouring works).
- Discusses conflicts and discrepancies on plans against actual site condition and give best solution to the problem.
- Takes the lead and assist documentation engineer and CADD operator for the preparation of RFI, RFA or RFC.
- Monitors all submittals (RFA, RFI, RFC, Transmittals and other documents) related to its work from submission, approval up to issuance.
- Regular coordination with the Designer/Consultant regarding noted discrepancies and modifications.
- Suggests new ideas or introduce new techniques for the improvement in cost and time efficient construction operations and methods.
- In cases of delay, evaluates progress of work, analyze problem, and find ways and means to overcome delay.
- Monitors and updates regularly the physical monitoring of mechanical works blocking system.
- Coordinates with other Engineers and Trades the factors that may affect the progress of its work and the factors it may affect others.
- Coordinates with the Cost Engineer/CM/MEPF Supervisor on any discrepancy found on the approved sub-contract.
- Gathers essential data with regards to actual production (labor) and resource usage (material) which will be used as basis for cost analysis.
- Gathers data and prepare daily and weekly statistical progress report and analysis on the scope of work.
- Close coordination with the CM or immediate Superior with regards to the progress of work from pre-construction to closing stage.
- Reviews and evaluates Sub-contractor's proposal for Change Order, if there is any.
- Reviews and evaluates Sub-contractor's proposal for Progress Billing.
- Prepares weekly, semi-monthly or monthly progress report of the works assigned.
- Attends Operation Meeting with the Owner, Designer/Consultant, Project Management Team and Technical Staff
- Conducts own coordination meeting with the Sub-contractor working group and/or Supplier.
- Carry out and witness the required testing and commissioning of all related systems.
- Conducts inspection and punch listing work with the Sub-contractor up to final acceptance of work.
- Facilitates final acceptance and turn-over to QAQC Group or Construction Management Team.
- Closes all necessary documents such as Sub-contractor's Billing, Acceptance and Completion Certificates, Test Certificate and Warranty.
- Assists QAQC Group and CADD Department for the completion of As-built plans.
- Gathers and proper filling of all necessary documents, samples and other necessary materials for safekeeping and future reference.
- Maintains the 5-S Working Environment inside the office especially on documents (Sweep, Sort, Segregate, and Systematize & Standardize).
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Implements and complies with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System Requirements).

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
