At least 2 Year(s) of working experience but not required- Required Skill(s): mechanical, air conditioning, refrigeration
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering

AUTO CAD Experience
Knowledgeable in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC)
With average oral and written communication skills
Can work under minimum supervision using standardized practices and methods
Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
A natural team player but can work independently if needed
Willing to do field work
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of workmanship in any project assigned.
Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of air con units in every assigned projects.
Project monitoring (Status & Progress)
Submit necessary reports/accomplishment reports about your assigned task.
Provides supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
Request accurate materials in the assigned projects.
Ensures that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.
Assists project administration team in other project related activities such as but not limited to, coordination with project proponents, construction site administrators, suppliers, etc.

Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of air con units in every assigned projects.
Submits necessary reports/accomplishment reports about your assigned task.
