Implements standards vehicle maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.- Ensure all site facilities, vehicle and equipment are in good working condition at all times.
Identifies proactive maintenance and asset reliability improvement of processes.
- Monitor preventive maintenance contract and make sure that agreement are met.
Confers with maintenance team to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance and safety.- Plan and propose scheduled maintenance activities to ensure efficient utilization of the vehicle, facilities, and equipment.
Conducts site supervision, monitoring, and coordination.
- Investigate and respond to complaints made by the site about vehicle and take necessary corrective actions.
Regularly conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair renovation needs of mechanical equipment of the site- Complete check inspections and inform maintenance technicians of deficiencies.
Prepare and maintain accurate, complete, and updated facility maintenance records and reports.
- Document the progress of existing initiatives and the status of facilities.
Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
