Daily assist the supervisor, coordinate, and support all Engineering Technicians on duty.- Assist in troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment and machines.
Assist on the analysis of equipment failures and recommends solution to prolong equipment life.
- Prepares request of all necessary equipment and machine parts needed for the repairs and maintenance of each equipment.
Assist the Engineering Head to implement the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System in the manufacturing plant.- Evaluate and perform repair and maintenance works on problematic systems or facilities, including the interior and exterior of manufacturing buildings, warehouse, production equipment, QC instruments, plumbing, electrical, heating/air conditioning (HVAC) ventilation, and water purification system and report it to the head.
Troubleshoot any technical design difficulties w/operations, which may arise during the manufacture of product, and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences of the problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and small-scale fabrication for projects.
Respond to all Engineering requests with minimum of response time. Make a report of engineering activities including incidents, safety issues and internal requests.- Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products
Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
- Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
Perform engineering calculations to support design work- Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
With experience in electrical and mechanical- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience desiging mechanical systems and products
Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
- Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
