• JOB FUNCTION

The Maintenance Systems Engineer will function as a reliability and maintenance planning engineer who will support the function of the Plant Maintenance Department by reviewing and improving maintenance strategies to ensure that all potential delays and risks are eliminated. The maintenance systems engineer will also chair the root cause analysis meetings of all major machines and equipment breakdown.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reliability and Maintenance works on analyzing historical Preventive, Predictive and Reliability maintenance schedule and proposal for improvement.
  

• Administer Task Analysis for machine and equipment (Preventive and Predictive Maintenance) as well as propose programs and materials for training of technicians and engineers.
  

• Leads the creation, and regular review of Standards of Equipment Testing (IEEE, NETA, ANSI, ASME)
  

• Assist in the creation and review of service level agreement of general Equipment i.e. compressors, elevators, generators, motorized crane calibration, etc.
  

• Prepares report and analysis for all applied discipline necessary for maintenance through using data gathered from CMMS system.
  

• Documentation of operational procedures and Work instructions pertaining to machine and equipment maintenance.
  

• Manages the operational and financial activities of the section to include budget and business goals
  

• Perform cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the current job.
  
  
• JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  

• With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience is an advantage.
  

• Knowledgeable in maintenance planning and maintenance system.
  

• Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  

• Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills
  

• Possess positive attitude, Flexibility in a multi-tasked environment and able to manage priorities.
  

• Must be amenable to work in Valenzuela City.
