JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepares manual / CADD drawings as required for purposes of presentation, securing permits / licenses, construction, shop and as-built drawings.
Conducts site verification or inspection to determine if installation or work execution is based on plan drawing- Interprets project briefs and meeting with clients and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications
Pick-up standard drawings and then draw / revise plan drawings based on site condition.
- Ensures drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
Remains professional when feedback is delivered- Implements any changes to drafts as soon as possible
Compiles all drawings for future references
- Performs other related work as required
