Prepares design of Freon/Ammonia Refrigeration System and selection of valve.
Design of Cold Room Polyurethane Insulated Sandwich Panels (PU Panel).
Participates in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs and codes.
Creates CAD models, including pipe raceway, P&ID ,machine assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMS) to support manufacturing and Project Installation.
Works with senior and fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for completion and further development of projects.
Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day site works.
Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating ,building ,assembling and installing components.
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities and confirming fabrication, assembly and installation processes.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Preferably with PRC License.
-Strong knowledge of CAD modeling ,drawings and with experience in Refrigeration Design.
-Good understanding of manufacturing processes including turning, milling and welding.
-Good foundation in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Refrigeration Cycle.
-Hands on experience with installation of PU Panel and Refrigeration system is a plus.
-Hands-on and can-do attitude.
-Can work under pressure.
Willing to work in Cainta Rizal.
