Responsibilities:- Supervises all project construction activities to ensure that the project is in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
Evaluates pre and post construction reports for every project.- Leads and directs the application and collaboration of the process of initiating, planning, executing controlling and completion to meet the project requirements.
Guides and directs the integration of scope, manpower, communication, cost, quality and procurement management.
- Coordinates project concerns to concerned departments.
Evaluates methods, materials and tools involved in the projects- Recommends alternative procedures and materials that will improve the flow of work and generate savings without sacrificing the quality of work
Evaluates all project transactions, purchase requisition and change orders
- Leads the project execution team with the application of Gantt chart, cost monitoring and materials monitoring checklist.
Inspects actual site condition and evaluates if the actual conditions correlates to the project completion and requirements
Registered Mechanical Engineer- Willing to be assigned in Roces Quezon City or in Sta. Maria Bulacan.
