Job Description:
- Can receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery in absence of Chief Butcher and Butcher
Knows how to sharpen butcher knives- Knows how to assemble and dis-assemble meat machines
Can break whole Pork and Beef carcasses into Primal
- Can cut, grind meat, including prepare orders to members specifications
Important to know the temperature require for meat chilled and frozen- Responsible to sanitize and clean the prep area.
Know how to apply cleanliness and hygiene.
