Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Specialist role is responsible for the daily processing of vendor and bank set up in

accordance with the SLA. The role will also be involved in the coordination and testing of MDM

process improvement projects.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure day to day activities are completed accurately and timely:

Create new supplier accounts

Modify supplier details

Review active/inactive suppliers

Ensure to obtain a bank certificate for a new vendor and for an existing vendor for bank details

modification

Conduct bank verification by calling the vendor via video call, phone call, or email verification

Perform regular review of the supplier bank account setup if still updated and valid

Set up a new vendor bank account details

Modify vendor bank account information

Create a bank account template

Modify bank account template

Document Filing and Storage

Admin and other functions

Consolidate information gathered for the Monthly Balance Score Card (BSC) such as transaction volumes,

man-hours, utilization rates, FTE's and etc.

Support project implementation by providing process details and data support and conducting UAT.

Document UAT as a result of the testing performed.

Conduct self-evaluation based on Career and Development Discussion.

Update man-hours based on actual time spent per process

Gather supporting documents requested by the auditors and assist the Auditor with any audit-related

requirements. Attend to any audit inquiries as may be required in the process.

Perform other administrative functions for the MDM FSSC team that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


At least College level with a degree in the business-related course. The advantage is given to a

Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or any business-related courses.

Minimum 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar position.

Must have advanced skills in the use of MS Office applications e.g. Excel Spreadsheets.

Experience in the use of different accounting systems such as MFG Pro, AX Dynamics, D365, and

Oracle is an advantage

Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job

done.

Must be honest, responsible and self-managed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • 13th month salary
