MDM L1 Engineer - SOTI

Job Summary:

As a SOTI Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the SOTI MobiControl platform. You will work closely with IT, operations, and various business units to ensure that mobile devices are effectively managed, secure, and optimized to meet the organization's needs.

• Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SOTI MobiControl to support the deployment, management, and security of mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices and the SOTI MobiControl platform.

Collaborate with IT and business units to understand and address mobile device needs and challenges.

• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of the SOTI MobiControl platform.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile device management and security.

• Create and maintain documentation related to SOTI MobiControl configuration, processes, and procedures.

Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new mobile technologies and solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to mobile device management.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience with SOTI MobiControl administration and configuration.

Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) best practices and security.

• Experience with Android, iOS, and Windows mobile operating systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., SOTI Certification, CompTIA Mobile Device Security) are highly desirable.
