Job Summary: The Master Data Management (MDM) Cleansing Team Member is responsible for executing data cleansing tasks to enhance the quality and accuracy of master data across the organization. This role involves identifying data quality issues, applying data cleansing techniques, and ensuring that data meets established standards and governance policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP) are a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data cleansing, data quality management, or a related role.
Experience with data cleansing tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Talend) is preferred.
Strong understanding of data quality principles and data cleansing techniques.
Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
Familiarity with data governance and master data management concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Firmography, Corporate Data would be added advantage
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
