Job Description
Responsibilities:
Understand customer business processes and requirements and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, technical designs and implementations.
Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the implementation life cycle
Provide functional and technical expertise in supporting and enhancing Maximo Supply Chain and Nuclear.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations.
Involve in developing following documents: business requirement, interface requirement, functional specification, technical specification and process flowcharts.
Participate in client demonstrations and workshops of Maximo Supply Chain and Nuclear.
Develop test cases to test Maximo functionality, fixes, and enhancements.
Base configuration of Maximo Supply Chain and/or Nuclear and customization as per customer requirements.
· Implement customizations using field class and MBO class and update/create new bean class as per customer requirements.
· Upload data using MIF and MxLoader.
Create workflow processes using the Workflow Designer application and create Maximo Processing Rules using Maximo MIF.
Provide training sessions to users and create documentation on Maximo functionalities, best practices, and processes.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades or patches as needed.
