Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field Proven experience in procurement and/or purchasing and or related field is required for this position.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Required skill(s): Handle materials procurement including vehicles,fix assets,tool&equipment,MROs etc. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in BGC area.
Can start ASAP.
Supervise and manage the team, providing guidance and support.
Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures.
Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors.
Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
Review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
