RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that forecasted and/or customer order material requirement is well maintained and sustained
Update ERP System (Almyta Control System).- Determine the parts needed and prepare Purchase Requisition.
Inform all the affected departments of the arrival of the incoming materials.
- Revise plans when original plans are not carried out when there are changes in order or its required completion date.
Review and update Material Consumption.- Checks and confirms availability of materials for all customer orders and inquiry.
Coordinates with purchasing in monitoring all procurement orders and delivery schedule of materials
- Prepare Warehouse Monitoring file for raw materials.
Degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING / BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
With atleast 1 year related experience
Preferably with exposure in manufacturing industry
