Job Description
1 computes the material requirement for WW, panels and metals of ALL institutional and Retail processed SO's.
2 knows what is on stock and available for material blocking and allocation.
3 place purchase requisition on any materials that is not available on stock.
4 monitors, updates and ensure the on time arrival of all ordered materials whether for project or for stocking.
5 communicates material status to PPC to align production schedule and loading.
6 coordinates with Sales and IDG the special requirements that needs risk buys.
7 creates BOM for all non standard items that needs to be uploaded in LN system prior sending JO to production.
8 coordinates alternative and equivalent materials for projects with availability concerns.
9 coordinates with Production master cutter on the product technicalities that affects material requirement, computation and ordering.
