Responsible on maintaining the raw materials and ensuring the stocks will not fall below minimum level- Determine material requirements based on MRP file and ensure availability to support production schedules
Ensures the consistency and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
- Creates purchase order for critical and insufficient stocks
Coordinates with suppliers regarding the schedule of delivery- Overseeing the supply and delivery of the materials
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes and cancellations
- Monitors the daily production of plastic parts
Checks and updates MRP based on Bill of Materials revision/changes- Creates Production Orders in SAP Business One and update actual production output
Checks and monitors materials requested by Province (IRS-Other branches)
- Coordinates with RM Warehouse, Production, QC Personnel regarding production related concerns
