Monitors all incoming/outgoing trucks and ISO tanks.- Observes safety and proper usage of forklift.
Ensures compliance of materials to standards and specifications.
- Records complete details of deliveries.
Unloads deliveries and store properly in IBCs, tanks, carboys, or drums as per advice of Logistics Assistant.- Loads product to ISO tanks, IBC or drums and counter check quantity loaded based on schedule by Logistics Assistant.
Ensures truck deliveries have seals prior departure and arrival.
- Unloads lab from container either ISO tank/tank or IBC or from IBC to ISO tank/tank.
Unloads/loads products and store properly in the warehouse.- Prepares daily materials inventory report and submit to Logistics Supervisor/Logistics Assistant for checking.
Prepares stocks for delivery to customers and ensure proper handling of products.
- Labels drums and IBCs with stickers.
Takes pictures of loaded ISO tank before delivery for documentation.- Takes pictures of loaded and empty containers for documentation.
Arranges IBC, drums, and IBC based on sop.
- Records all incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse.
Receives and records all incoming raw materials in warehouse such as caustic soda, lab, sulfur, lpg, etc.- Monitors and reports non-moving, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventories.
Maintains acceptable arrangement of stocks based on company standard.
- Accounts all stocks in the warehouse.
Loads ESP turned over by Production in 3p truck.- Monitors daily forklift operation.
Ensures timely preparation of reports and documents.
- Ensures that all records of tools and equipment are properly managed.
Submits daily inventory to be submitted to the Logistics Assistant daily.- Ensures timely preparation of reports and documents.
Submits daily accomplishment reports on or before 5PM.
- Performs other tasks as determined by immediate supervisor and/or management.
Maintains housekeeping standards to ensure clean and safe workplace.- Able to check and issue work permit, hot work permit, etc.
Ensures health and safety rules are compiled every shift.
