Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities- Provide assistance on the Operations activities including project, logistics/admin and site requirement.
- Coordinate with Project in Charge, Site Representatives on the project requirement.
- Coordinate with Engineering and or Marketing Department on the materials, drawing, cutting list or fabrication details of the project
- Coordinate with Procurement on the requisition and purchased of materials.
- Coordinate with Finance & HR on manpower and financial issues as the need arises.
- Prepare monthly report on the BOM (Bill of Materials) used for the project for control & monitoring purposes.
- Assist in planning and control of operational activities and materials.
- Requirements
Graduate of Engineering Course- BS Civil Engineer and other related course
Familiarity and exposure in construction, aluminum and glass industry
Two to three years working experience in the same capacity
Team player, Responsible
Exposure in high rise building construction, aluminum and glass is an advantage
Good communication skills
