JOB DESCRIPTION- Oversees the seamless flow of materials for HVAC and elevator and Escalator Division by processing forms and prioritizing requests.
Collaborate closely with Project Engineers to clarify specific material requirements, addressing issues promptly .- Monitor and enhance purchasing performance, ensuring timelines and product quality meet standards.
Utilize tracking systems and databases to observe inventory, track orders, and handle materials requests efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics with various departments to guarantee the timely delivery of materials, fostering collaboration.
Implement and enforce ethical practices, proactively identifying and resolving materials-related issues through cross-functional teamwork.- Other instructions by immediate supervisor.
Graduate of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields- With license in either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent business communication skills
Willing to work onsite (Paranaque City)
