Master Operator/Line Leader

Your Job

Molex Philippines is looking for a Master Operator or Line Leader. As a Master Operator, you will be responsible for the production of concrete work, management of production staff and ensure adherence to requirements for quality and quantity of production tasks

• Our Team

You will be a member of our Automotive Business Unit either of the product families: HSAL1, HSAL2, or COAX.

• What You Will Do

Performs machine operation, and other processes, product inspection, and monitoring based on standard operating procedures.

• Meet the daily target on productivity and quality.

Performs pre-operation product confirmation, scrapping, and other system transactions.

• Ensure product quality in critical quality monitoring points in quality control.

Responsible for training and qualification of newly hired employees, cross-training, and annual refresher.

• Evaluate overall employee qualification status and set plans for product needs gap bridging, line-up qualification balancing, and expansion preparation.

Plan and implement training programs for operator's multi-skilling.

• l Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis, execute refresher schedules for critical processes

Endorse all important information on his turn-over counterpart

• Ensure and promote 6S-related activities in the workplace.

Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO), and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

• Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

High School Graduate/K-12 Graduate

• Experience in being a Group/Line Leader

• What Will Put You Ahead

2+ years work experience in manufacturing setup

• Production line management skills

Good communication and coordination skills
