Job Description:
- Incorporate appropriate teaching-learning strategies for all levels of skill and create a positive environment
Teach advanced modalities and protocols- Assess and evaluate new massage therapists and potential hires.
Schedule protocol trainings and adhere to training schedule, which includes final test to determine efficiency in demonstrated protocol
- Collaborate with spa management in the development and revision of protocols
Adhere to professional and ethical standards of conduct.
Qualifications- With Certification or Licensed Massage Therapist
Must willing to work in Makati, Taguig area
- Previous teaching experience in massage therapy protocols
Receptive to training & coaching- Excellent verbal communication skills
Professional, team-oriented individual that loves connecting with people and has passion for helping others achieve goals
- Demonstrated ability to teach multiple levels of skill and proficiency to maximize individual growth potential.
