- Vocational training or certification in masonry is preferred
Proven experience as a mason or in a similar role- Strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
