MARKETING TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Technology Manager to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform, overseeing customer journey mapping, and driving our digital marketing initiatives. Your expertise in marketing automation tools and customer experience optimization will be instrumental in delivering targeted and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation Platform Management
  • Customer Journey Mapping and Optimization
  • Digital Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Lead Management and Conversion Optimization
  • A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement
  • Data Management and Segmentation
  • Training and Documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms such as Ortto, MailChimp, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience with Landing Pages tools like Lead Pages, Unbounce, Lander and others.
  • Experience with Form Builders like Form Assemble, Google Forms, Zoho Forms and TypeForm.
  • Familiar with Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Zendesk
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for designing engaging and effective marketing content.

Compensation & Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:
