Job Description:
- Select, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics software).
Ensure seamless integration of these technologies within the existing marketing framework to enhance efficiency and performance.- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data to drive marketing strategies and decisions, optimizing campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
Leverage tracking tools like Google Tag Manager for detailed campaign performance analysis and audience targeting.- Drive lead generation initiatives to achieve measurable increases in qualified leads and conversions.
Campaign Management
- Analyze campaigns using Google Analytics, refining strategies continuously based on data insights to maximize effectiveness.
Implement advanced techniques such as custom audience creation and programmatic advertising to enhance targeting precision and campaign efficiency.- Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop cohesive ad content that aligns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to leverage all media channels and programs to elevate exposure, engagement, and conversion. Identify, evaluate, and select technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and ad services to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize marketing automation funnels, conversion funnels (GoHighLevel.com), retargeting ads on social media platforms, and inside ad networks
Create and deploy high-performing newsletters and marketing messages using HTML and email deployment platforms.- Build and support reporting dashboards (Hyros, DataBox, Everflow) to measure and monitor performance, providing actionable insights to the team.
Assist with other technology issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising strategy and campaign management.
Expertise in various marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with HTML and email deployment platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation funnels, retargeting ads, and programmatic advertising.
Experience in building high-performing newsletters and marketing messages.- Skills in CRM platforms and WordPress.
