Marketing Support

Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc. is one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Asia. We are looking for a Marketing Support to join our growing team.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

• Act as a point of contact support for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain and update customer databases, marketing materials, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and event planning.

Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.

• Generate and analyze marketing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree in related field or comparable experience in marketing

• An excellent communicator and collaborator

Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment

• Capable of hitting daily deadlines

Exceptional analytical skills

• Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)

Keen ability to multi-task; self-starter

• Capable planner
