The Marketing Supervisor supports the Marketing Manager and the entire Marketing Department in the planning, execution, and evaluation of Marketing strategies and programs.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Planning and Execution
Sets business and marketing objectives and corresponding KPIs- Develops and executes marketing plans and campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement
Collaborates with other internal departments and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Manages and leads a team of junior staff to work towards the team goals
- Manage and traffic the team's tasks within deadlines
Provides regular feedback to the team and other departments to provide information and analysis on how to improve performance and outcomes
Monitors and reports performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results- Analyzes market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities
Special projects or tasks related to the position.- Liaises with brand principal/s as needed
Assists Marketing Manager on some projects and deliverables
Preferably with 3 years experience in similar role or industry
Leadership skills- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Relationship management
_Office-based & occasionally needs to attend to activities and marketing events outside the office_
