Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Supervisor to spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement for our e-commerce platform.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Lead creative content development, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities and initiatives as needed.- Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Must have extensive knowledge about platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at
least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business results and achieve objectives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance.
Creative thinker with strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
