QUALIFICATION- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
With orWithout experience working in Marketing.- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of market research techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
Extensive familiarity with web analytics and social media
Monitor and handling all marketing related concern.- Assist and monitor all client inquiries in all type of sources such as telephone, live chat and email.
Prepare, arrange, monitor and inventory all marketing materials both in print (flyers, calling card, folder, etc) and souvenir items (lace, mug, calendar, clock, etc.).
- Assist / support all ISA personnel regarding marketing related documents such as company profile, client lists, power point presentation, etc.
Assist / support all ISA personnel regarding legal and sales related documents such as bidding documents, product certification, product data sheets, product pricing, etc.- Handle / monitor all marketing souvenir and project signage purchased like looking for supplier, preparing and requesting payment in accounting.
Monitoring Digital Marketing campaign in Facebook and other internet platform.
- Monitor / update all Sales Kit materials (company profile, presentation, client list, legal documents, etc.).
Monitor / update all reports (inventory of souvenirs and print materials).- Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
