The position is responsible in pre-screening acceptability of loan applications and ensures completeness of processing requirements.
Major Responsibilities
- Answers loan inquiry from various sales channels, e.g. branches, brokers, developers, walk-in, internet banking, call center for processing.
- Receives and pre-screens loan applications referred by various sales channels
- Explains processing requirements to prospective loan applicants.
- Encodes application in the Account Tracking System for monitoring.
- Checks completeness of loan application if properly and completely filled-out and duly signed by borrowers together with pre approval requirements.
- Endorses all pre-screened loan applications to Credit Services for evaluation.
- Coordinates with Credit Services any other additional requirements necessary to complete credit evaluation.
- Relays to clients of the decision of their loan application if rejected or approved.
- Prepares computation for registration expenses, GFSP and fire insurance premium and relays to client.
- Prepares Offering Memo for any change in the approved terms and conditions of the approved loan.
- Prepares the pre-booking requirements needed to effect the release of proceeds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business
- Good command of the oral and written language
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship
