Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, LinkedIn and content creation, with the ability to develop engaging and effective digital content. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating content for various platforms, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives.

• Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.

Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas.

Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other digital content.

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and company objectives.

Support email marketing campaigns with engaging content.

• Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management, LinkedIn and content creation.

• Background in the healthcare staffing is a plus

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media campaigns and content projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php30,
