Primary Responsibilities:
Grow affiliate revenue through outreach, support and communications.
Manage affiliate relationships, working in close collaboration with the Founder and cross-functional teams.
Assist the founder in closing and supporting affiliate relationships he develops.
Identify and develop additional relationships with new affiliates.
Effectively use communication, commission strategies and incentives to grow program revenue.
Brief affiliates on seasonal priorities, campaigns, new products, and key message moments.
Liaise with existing and new affiliates to answer their questions, address queries, send samples, and resolve any issues that they may be having.
Track all affiliate program tasks in Asana project management, maintaining the company's adherence to due dates and shepherding opportunities through to completion.
Performance reporting including monthly and quarterly performance reports
