Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at OpenRice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and acquire new restaurant listings, enhancing our platform's diversity and reach. This role requires direct engagement with restaurant managers and owners, content creation, relationship management, and performance analysis.

• Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new restaurant listings, enhancing our platform's diversity and reach.

• Engagement: Engage directly with restaurant managers and owners to present OpenRice's benefits, persuading them to join our growing network.

Content Creation: Manage and produce basic photo and video content that accurately represents each restaurant on our platform.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing restaurant partners.Fieldwork: Undertake fieldwork as needed, with flexibility to work until late nights, ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of restaurant partners.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze partnership performance and generate insightful reports to guide future marketing strategies.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners.

• Basic skills in photography and videography are preferred.

Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.

• Willingness to undertake fieldwork and flexible hours, including late nights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
