Marketing Specialist / Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast Degree Holder or Any related course to Marketing

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
  
  I. Main Function
  
  Responsible in mandating the policies and procedures of the Marketing Department
  
  II. Technical Duties and Responsibilities
  
  
  

• Check PhilGeps daily for the new bidding opportunities from various LGU accounts
  

• Assists the Marketing Officer/Marketing Assistant in handling LGU accounts:
  
  a. Attends Pre-bid, Bidding and Post Qua meetings.
  
  b. Prepares bidding documents based on tender for submission on bidding.
  
  c. Safe keeps pertinent documents of LGU Accounts
  
  d. Monitoring the orders and deliveries of products to different delivery points for LGU accounts
  

• Source out potential clients, set up meetings and regular visits and order coordination
  

• Secure CISCA and requirements needed to submit by clients.
  

• Collates all documents from potential client that is subject for CI by Finance.
  

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  

• Prepare Price offers and quotations.
  

• Secure PDCs prior to deliveries for credit customers.
  

• Communicate with Operations department to ensure timely and successful delivery according to customers needs and objectives.
  

• Monitor price movement the market.
  

• Monitor and report daily sales of Industrial accounts.
  

• Maintain and properly file reports and documents of the department in the Marketing Central Files
  

• In the absence of superiors, handle the complaints and inquiries of Clients and endorses such complaints to concerned party.
  

• Handles all transactions related to Marketing
  
  a. Maintains, soliciting and receiving orders from current and new accounts
  
  b. Monitors volume consumption
  
  c. Conducts regular Sales Calls
  

• Handles clients in the absence of the Marketing Officer.
  

• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
  
  Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,500.00 per month
