General Description of the JobThe Marketing Specialist (Marketing Coummunications) focuses on the execution and implementation of select ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing, corporate communications, and MD engagement activities. From brand awareness to service marketing promotions in order to reach target audiences internally and externally.
- Job Description and Activities
- Assists Marketing Supervisor in developing and implementing activities with a mix of various IMC (integrated marketing communications) through advertising, media relations, public relations and MD engagement.
- Conducts research on evolving marketingcommunications trends, comparative analysis and suggests strategic initiatives applicable to healthcare marketing.
- Research, and write content for ManilaMed's posters, brochures, press releases, articles, newsletters, taglines, and any relevant internal and external materials for corporate communications.
- Stays up to date with ManilaMed'sdetailed Branding Guidelines, Values, Principles and Strategies and its development.
- Arrange and coordinate press conferences with the PR agency or any external suppliers and be the key contract person in the planning and execution of live events or activations.
- Ensure timely creation, execution, and approval of all assigned Above the Line and Below the Line materials for each campaign.
- Inspect, monitor and update internal and external branding output (posters, graphics in common areas, external signages etc.) inside the hospital premises, ensuring the proper execution and application are alligned with the Branding Guidelines.
- Monitor and sustain assigned Above the Line (TV, Radio, OOH and Print) activities for each campaign.
- Analyze project outcome by conducting post-project evaluation and analysis to improve projects and campaigns for the future.
- Organizes marketing reports (campaign results, events, conversion etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Liaises with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing and corporate communications activities.
- Provide support to ManilaMed network of physicians and Medical Director's Office for any medical-related ATL/BTL campaigns and communication updates about services, events, and the like to ManilaMed MD's through weekly routine visits and doctors clinics, assist in MD events, and taking part in meetings with MD-driven campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working Conditions
The role is a full-time position. Duty schedule is Fixed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays; Duty extension or weekends may be required as work demands.
- Candidate ust possess at least BS/BA in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years related working experience is required.
- Proven experience in marketing communications or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including Media/PR Relations, TV, and Radio) and market research methods.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
- Exceptional communication, technical and creative writing skills.
- Well-organized and details oriented.
- Commercial awareness partnered with creative mind
