Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand awareness. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our inventory of second-hand cars.

Utilize digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and PPC to drive traffic and increase engagement.

• Develop and manage content for the company website, blog, and social media platforms.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and creative marketing campaigns.

• Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and community outreach programs.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless event execution.

• Partnership Development:

Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.

• Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals and advertising contracts.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,

• 00 - Php23,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dasmarias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Senior High School (Preferred)
