Job Description:The _
Marketing Specialist/ Content Creator_ play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions mainly through content creation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques to deliver results.
Creative Production:
Design and produce a variety of content types, including static graphics and videos, to meet clients objectives and brand guidelines.
Platform Utilization:
Develop content specifically for Facebook (including Reels), Instagram (with a focus on maximizing Instagram Stories features), and Tik Tok to enhance engagement and reach.
Tool Proficiency:
Utilize Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for content creation, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing output.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitivelandscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Brand Management:
Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
Advertising Management:
Use Meta Business Suite to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand content needs, provide creative input, and deliver on project timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design,or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a content creator with a strongportfolio showcasing both static and video content.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them to content creation.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for designing and editing content.
Experience with content creation and advertising on Facebook, Instagram (including Stories and Reels), and Tik Tok.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for managing andoptimizing ad campaigns.
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compellingand on-brand content.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with theability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to adapt to various client needs and industry demands.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a client-facing role or agencysetting.
Familiarity with additional content creation tools orplatforms.
Previous experience in marketing agencies.
