We are currently Hiring: Marketing Specialist
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Good communication skills
Sales Experience and Willingness to sell- Preferably knows how to drive 4-wheels and with Driver's License.
The Marketing Specialist role is a post which will be assigned to the more immersive Dealer facilities, such as the BYD Experience Hub. Apart from a strong understanding on BYD Products and Services, the role will entail having to guide customers around specialized BYD facility elements, while explaining clearly the advantages that come with BYD Technology. Apart from what has been stated, the role would also involve supporting the sales process, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through education and support.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and potential applications. Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends.
- Assist the sales team by providing detailed product information, demonstrations, and training. Help address technical questions and overcome objections to facilitate the sales process.
Act as a point of contact for customers seeking product-related information or assistance. Integrate Sales Consultants in the journey should the customer indicate to move forward in the sales process.- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure that messaging for product launches remains consistent with brand direction.
Monitor and report on customer feedback on BYD Products and Services. Cascade these to the sales and marketing team.
