The role of the Marketing Specialist is responsible in assisting the ongoing marketing campaigns through coordination with the different departments internally and other stakeholders externally. He/She spearheads marketing campaigns, solicits customer feedback and satisfaction, secures organized marketing database, and submits reports on an agreed schedule. He/She works on projects and events to supervise, oversee and provide timely updates to the Marketing Manager.
Collaborates with the marketing officer, Head of Marketing & Loyalty, other teams, departments, and partners in the execution of marketing tasks and strategies.
- Identifies opportunities and executes plans in social media to improve AFPI's digital presence and foot traffic across platforms.
Assists to execute effective brand awareness initiatives on assigned areas to strengthen the brand positioning and leadership.- Ensures presentability of all deployed collaterals, updated, and aligned with corporate marketing direction.
Maintains regular engagement and monitoring with assigned partners to help grow business and transaction volume.
- Assists in the execution of events and activities, and conducts post-mortem evaluation.
Implements lead generation activities and meets the target number as per KPI.- Leads projects and activities as assigned by the Marketing Head.
Ensures an organized inventory of marketing collaterals, files, artworks, presentations, online folders, certificates, database and contracts for future including deployment of marketing collaterals
- Manages, tracks and produces data analytics and reports on the online sales on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Communicates and coordinates with the Operations Group (Rail and Non-Rail) and other internal stakeholders for any marketing materials requirements- Manager and updates the Company's website on a daily basis
Works with the Marketing Officer on the NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and CES (Customer Effort Score)- Customer Satisfaction Metrics to track year on year and provide monthly, mid-year and annual report to the Business Leadership Team
