Responsibilities and Duties:
Display packages and creative approval
Assist the Display PIC with pre & post campaign preparation and follow-ups
Set up folders and trackers, prepare pitch deck and set-up registration form for every campaign
Send out confirmation emails to participating brands, remind and chase commercial key account managers (KAM) to get brands to book in their packages and submit their creatives on time
Assist to take Proof-of-execution during campaign period
Check and approve CPM bidding creatives
Seller program performance tracking
Track Annual Pass brands entitlement utilization rate and remind the KAM-in-charge to ensure brand is on track to use up their entitlement by end of year
Provide KAMs with quarterly updates on their JBP and KBP brands achievement
Ad-hoc operations
Manual Sponsored Discovery wallet top-up for sellers
Issuance of vouchers to sellers for selected campaigns
Processing manual Sales order updates and creation of billing party upon request
Stakeholder management
Answering stakeholders (commercial key account managers, customer service and channel owners) Marketing Solutions related questions and providing accurate solutions
Work closely with Product PIC to help problem solve issues faced by sellers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required;
3-4 years of experience is required
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with different stakeholder and seniority levels. Independent, responsible, meticulous and strong project management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Customer-focused with an interest in e-commerce.
