Marketing Support Staff is responsible on recruitment of Agent and Information Center, Identifying possible marketing approach to improve marketing strategy, monitoring competitor's marketing activity and implementing Plans and Program of Marketing Department in their respective areas.
- Recruitment of Agents and Information center staff to assist in marketing activities.
- Identify possible marketing approaches to improve our marketing strategy.
- Monitor competitor's marketing activity and make a report out of it
- Implement Plans and Program of Marketing Department in their respective areas.
- Hold regular meetings with recruited agents to monitor their respective sales.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the Marketing budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
_QUALIFICATIONS:_
College level/Senior High Graduate/Vocation graduate are welcome to apply.
At least 6 months related work experience or any fieldwork experience
Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advance but not required.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
Willing to do 100% FIELDWORK
Willing to travel PAMPANGA and nearby City.
