Achieve sales quota as provided by the Laboratory Operations Supervisor.
Recruit new clients for the laboratory and endorse client details.
Develop client relationship to increase sales and ensure superior customer service.
Lead in the coordination and implementation of special projects with clients or business development projects of the company.
Ensure proper endorsement of roles of the Laboratory, Client Service, Accounting and Courier Service when coordinating projects, or specific client arrangements.
Prepare documentation for each client (including but not limited to Client Profile/Laboratory Service Agreement/Sales Records/etc.).
Address client concerns/queries and/or complaint immediately.
Prepare regular reports on Sales and Clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis, or as required by the immediate supervisor.
Analyze, recommend and implement as approved, promos and other marketing activities initiated by the company or done in partnership with other organizations.
Promptly report any competitor activity to the immediate superior, and provide strategic recommendations to benefit the company.
Attendance to all team meetings, trainings and other activities organized by the company or authorized by the immediate superior.
Guide the performance of Lab Representatives in line with the company's strategies, or as assigned by the Laboratory Operations Supervisor.
Perform other tasks that will be required by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (Medical Technology; Nursing; Marketing; Business Management or equivalent)
At least 1 year relevant work experience
