GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a
Marketing Project Manager responsible for managing daily agendas, taking meeting notes, and preparing dossiers for key meetings. They organize project plans, tag stakeholders, gather necessary information, and ensure execution. Additionally, they handle weekly reporting, data entry, ad-hoc data exports, and dashboard updates, and collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure project success.
Salary Range: PHP 80,000 - 90,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the positions job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Tasks:
- Take meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings
- Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily prep for meetings, task reminders)
- Organizing project plans (i.e tag stakeholders that are involved, request additional info if its lacking, prioritize against other stakeholders, ensure execution, etc.)
- Weekly reporting and data entry on internal project boards
- Check with key stakeholders regularly to gather feedback and insights
- Ad-hoc data exports and dashboard updates
- Partner with creative / copy teams as needed
- Capture action items, assign them as tasks within the project management tool, and ensure the completion
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management experience specific to marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated history of strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Background/work history in Finance space
- 2+ years using ClickUp for project management (or similar tool)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams from start to finish
- 2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience (basic - intermediate experience)
- Willingness to work PST (Pacific Standard Timezone)
- Recent experience working in US office hours
