Marketing Project Management Assistant with a background in the finance industry and expertise in project management tools like ClickUp and Google Sheets. The Role
- Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
- Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, task reminders, and meeting preparation.
- Organize project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution.
- Provide weekly reports and manage data entry on internal project boards.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
- Handle ad-hoc data exports and maintain dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams as needed.
- Capture action items, assign tasks within project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and ensure timely completion.
The Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience specific to marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated history of strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Background/work history in Finance space
- 2+ years using ClickUp for project management (or similar tool)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams from start to finish
- 2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience (Basic - Intermediate experience)
- Willingness to work PST (Pacific Standard Timezone)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communication.
- Experience working with an apparel brand, preferably in the D2C e-commerce space.
