Responsible for sales negotiation and required to reach the standard quota or higher.
Performs prospecting activity (field calls, showroom walk ins, outside display, telemarketing, and saturation) to expand network and to promote/ maintain company's positive image and reputation of realibility and also to promote and sell vehicles and services.
Establishes/develops/maintains professional and cordial relationship with prospective buyers.
Discovers and qualifies the needs of Customer in order to help them buy our vehicle and service. Presents and demonstrates the advantages of buying vehicles.
Completes all requirements for release units.
Inspects and releases vehicle to the customers. Orients customer on operation of the vehicle and all accessories installed during release. Turn-over Customer tools, booklets, etc.
Provides information about industry competition.
Performs all sales follow-up calls and other sales related services after actual vehicle releases / delivery to customers.
Prepares and maintains daily sales reports which contain developments of all accounts.
Complements CRD on customer care programs.
Performs other tasks, which may be assigned as deemed necessary to further the interest and attain objectives of the organization.
