Job Description
1Focus on the implementation of marketing requests, such as SEO optimization/implementation, advertising SDK integration, landing page creation, marketing analytics, attribution tracking, backend system improvement requests, etc.
2Enhance the overall efficiency of the marketing team in processes, marketing mechanisms, and comprehensive management by establishing standard operating procedures and templates for various marketing needs.
3Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, coordinating various integrations, resolving priority conflicts, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
4Collaborate closely with product and operations departments to ensure that marketing campaigns fully leverage all product features while prioritizing user experience and return on investment.
5Gain in-depth understanding of product functionalities and limitations, and proactively identify potential impacts of requested changes due to technical feasibility or other possible issues.
6Regularly meet with product managers to share marketing needs, requests, and unresolved issues.
7Collaborate with the CMO to submit monthly and weekly reports on the progress of marketing requests.
8Support the CMO in planning new marketing needs, translating ideas into action plans, and fully supporting the execution of marketing projects.
9Monitor marketing requests appropriately, make decisions on implementation changes to enhance the company's products to fit marketing advertising strategies, prioritizing them based on urgency.
10Regularly review the performance of all marketing projects and functionality requests.
11Continuously improve or optimize marketing requests to keep pace with changes in marketing technology and advertising platforms.
12Support any tasks related to the marketing department.
Qualifications:
1Both foreign nationals and local candidates are acceptable.
23 years and above of experience in online sports betting, online casinos, or online gaming.
33 years and above of digital marketing experience.
42 years and above of experience in creative, media planning, or brand-related work.
5Excellent project management and organizational skills.
6Ability to independently and proactively identify complex marketing challenges and take action, as well as suggest process improvements/expenditure.
7Ability to analyze the feasibility of all requests and prioritize their importance for different teams.
8Monitor marketing requests and make decisions on implementation changes appropriately to enhance the company's products to fit marketing advertising strategies.
9Able to collect, organize, and present all requests and integration progress to the CMO.
10Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
11Understanding of online casino gaming, game data analysis, user experience, and local market demands.
12Familiarity with various casino games and rules.
13Knowledge of various marketing tools and integrations.
14Able to work for extended hours occasionally, including weekends and holidays for emergency support.
