Your Role
- Coordinate and communicate with business partners and internal/external vendors across the assigned region for editing, digital enhancements, testing, and implementation
- Review requirements brief and conduct feasibility checks to analyze implementation possibilities and limitations
- Monitor service delivery by updating business partners, ensuring timely updates, creating tickets in Azure DevOps, and tracking progress
- Conduct quality assurance by checking requests for bugs, reporting issues, and facilitating fixes
- Manage technical tasks such as configuring requirements in internal Content Management System (CMS) tools and documenting processes
- Supervise, guide, motivate, and develop team members to ensure skillset alignment with demands
- Provide performance feedback and identify opportunities for team improvement through upskilling initiatives
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Ecommerce, Project Management, or related courses
- Minimum of five (5) years related working experience in project management, process management or digital marketing; Experience with global brand and ecommerce is highly preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum is an advantage
- Strong organizational, project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills; Must have Initiative, and inner drive to bring things forward
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Project and team lead experience is required
- Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
- Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
