About the role: The role of Marketing & Operations Coordinator is a wide and varied role with many differing responsibilities and providing experience across all levels of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Customer Support
- Providing day to day support for Partners and end-users
- Checking internal systems/resolution of customer queries
- Helping customers with system queries or handset issues
- Managing cashback promotions
Client on-boarding to our Platform
- Account & Program Creations.
- Product set-up and creation on our platform.
- On-boarding of Clients training & support.
Website updates and responsibility
- Word press editing of the company website content
- Development & loading of monthly news articles on the company website blog
Digital Marketing support
- Responsibility for SEO and SEM
- Weekly Posting for social media - B2B focus LinkedIn & Instagram
- Fortnightly EDM design & list management
Support services for Account Managers
- Checking internal systems/resolution of queries
- Enabling Cashback lists and fulfilment
Product Management (Digital Cash)
- Assistance with physical card design & production.
- Coordination with digital cash retail promotions.
Continuous improvement of processes & documentation as they evolve
- New client on-boarding processes
- New product design processes for clients
- Customer service processes and Information
- Continual development of the FAQs to reflect learning as we grow & develop end user self service
- Plus any other internal Operational projects required

- 4 X Weekly LinkedIn & Instagram Posts (2 mirror EDM's imagery)

- Sydney, Australia time zone
- Telephone support 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AU time Business Days
- Daily email responses to email support queries
- Business WIP meetings Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Via Teams)
Qualification and requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with a strong command of English. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong email writing and customer service skills
- Experience with Canva and PowerPoint for content creation
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- A background in digital marketing
